Our average response time for urgent roadside services is 15-30 minutes. We connect you with the nearest verified Rescuer who can help with your specific issue immediately.
Normal mobile services can be scheduled 1-7 days in advance at standard rates. Priority services offer same-day or next-day booking with expedited scheduling for urgent (but not emergency) needs.
Yes, all Rescuers undergo background checks, skill verification, and maintain proper licensing and insurance. Our platform also provides additional coverage and recorded eyewear for accountability.
You pay a flat service call fee ($39-$59 depending on service type) plus parts and materials at cost. All pricing is transparent and approved before any work begins.
Absolutely! Once matched with a Rescuer, you'll receive real-time location tracking, ETA updates, and direct communication through the app.
Mobile services can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment without penalty. Urgent roadside requests can be cancelled before the Rescuer arrives.
